DEPOSIT: upon confirmation of your booking, we will ask you to send us a deposit for each room booked:
1) by postal order at our civic address;
2) by bank transfer (we will send you our IBAN).
3) by credit card number

CANCELLATIONS: in case of cancellation communicated within 30 days from the scheduled arrival date for your stay, the fee will be fully refunded, minus the transaction costs. If the cancellation is made at least 15 days in advance of the scheduled arrival date, the deposit may be recovered by you within the calendar year for another stay of the same duration. For cancellations later communicated, the deposit will be entirely withheld.

In the case of EARLY DEPARTURES the cost of the single room will be charged for all the days booked and not used.
